Job description

Coordinate and proactively drive the recruitment life-cycle end-to-end within Alexforbes.

Provide efficient, accurate, and timely customer-focused support, ensuring the recruitment process is followed effectively and efficiently.

This includes posting advertisements, pre-screening, and short-listing applicants, as well as working closely with HR Business Partners to deliver on talent requirements aligned with business requirements and strategic direction.

Recruitment Administration: Coordinate accurate job descriptions, assessments, and relevant recruitment checks for each hire. Talent sourcing for roles within the portfolio, including managing the Psychometric Assessment component for all Senior Hires and key/critical senior specialist roles. End-to-end E-Recruitment system administration. Manage the offer process.

Relationship Building: Proactively create, identify, manage, and maintain a readily available Talent Pool for all high-volume, revenue-generating roles within the portfolio. Partner and form relationships with the client base to understand their business and recruitment needs. Conduct competitor analysis to gain key insights and trends relative to the Insurance Industry Markets, aligned with Best Practices and Recruitment metrics. Manage end-to-end engagements with candidates and maintain relationships with external agencies.

Reporting and Communication: Deliver and present weekly traction reports on vacancies, challenges, and activities aimed at mitigating hires outside of SLA. Administer all correspondence to applicants/candidates professionally, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policy.

Education: HR Diploma / Degree preferred.

Experience: 4 – 6 years in Talent Acquisition. 2 – 4 years in Financial Services. High Volume Recruitment and Pipeline Creation in a fast-paced environment.

Skills: Proficiency in HR systems and E-Job Boards. Sound knowledge of HR practices related to recruitment. Extensive experience in the End-to-End Recruitment Life Cycle.
