Job summary

Bsure Insurance Advisors is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead sourcing for critical capability and retention, focusing on revenue-critical, specialist and senior roles.

You’ll own end-to-end recruitment, build pipelines, engage senior leaders, and align hiring with business continuity. This role demands strategic thinking with hands-on execution in financial services and short-term insurance, based in Gauteng.

• Has solid Talent Acquisition experience.
• Understands the financial services / short-term insurance environment.
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and experienced professionals.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Thinks strategically while still being hands-on.
• Passionate about finding the right person for the right role, not just filling vacancies.

Responsibilities
