Talent Acquisition Officer

End-to-end process design for the attraction and tracking of new employees.

1. Develop and implement end-to-end youth pipeline recruitment strategies (Graduates, Learners, Interns, Trainees, Bursaries).
2. Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
3. Monitor trends and design targeted recruitment, selection, and placement interventions to enhance capacity building.
4. Build talent pipelines to meet future organizational needs.
5. Compile and analyze monthly reports on recruitment, selection, placement metrics, and challenges within the area of responsibility.
6. Provide recruitment performance reports to team managers.
7. Generate quarterly statistics on scarce and critical skills within the organization.
8. Ensure payroll documents are accurately collated and submitted on time.
9. Stay updated on current employment legislation and regulations, ensuring compliance across the company.
10. Engage with external stakeholders such as agencies and higher educational institutions.
11. Collaborate with managers to define and compile consistent recruitment requirements.
12. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders for expectation management, knowledge sharing, and integration.

Qualifications :

• Matric / Grade 12 or SAQA Accredited Equivalent
• 2-4 years' experience in the recruitment industry
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
