A fast-growing technology company in the property management space is looking for a dynamic and people-focused Talent Acquisition Consultant to support internal recruitment and onboarding efforts.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and contributing to a thriving team culture. The successful candidate will partner with department heads to attract top talent and ensure a seamless hiring experience from sourcing through onboarding.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and securing candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
  • Post job ads on relevant platforms and manage internal job board visibility.
  • Conduct screening calls and manage interview coordination.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth start for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports in the ATS.
  • Track key hiring metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Represent the company’s culture and values throughout the candidate journey.
  • Support basic HR admin tasks, including employment contracts and orientation processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes from job brief to onboarding.
  • Working knowledge of basic HR practices and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Friendly, confident, and naturally relational.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) is advantageous.
