You will be part of the Mass Foundation Cluster, one of the largest customer-facing segments in Old Mutual. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all vacancies are filled with suitably qualified employees promptly to avoid business disruption. You will also ensure candidates can perform current functions and have the capacity to grow within the company.
