Job description

Are you a driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for recruitment? If so, OBrien Recruitment is looking for you to join our team as a Recruitment Specialist!

Responsibilities:

  1. Managing bulk recruitment for both white and blue-collar positions.
  2. Sourcing candidates for temporary and permanent roles.
  3. Updating and maintaining candidate and job specs on our database.
  4. Conducting interviews and reference checks.
  5. Handling general administration tasks.
  6. Placing job adverts and monitoring responses.
  7. Providing excellent customer service to candidates and clients.

Qualifications:

  1. Matric certificate.
  2. National Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources or related field.

Required Experience:

Strong work ethic and self-starter. Previous admin support experience required. Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a willingness to learn.

Key Skills:

Illustration, Defence, HVAC, AJAX, Drafting, Customer Development.
