We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Implementation Project Manager to join our client, a leading property development and real estate company based in Centurion, Gauteng . This is an exciting opportunity for a driven IT and Project Management professional to lead the rollout of enterprise systems, ERP software , and digital transformation solutions that optimise operations and enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of systems implementation , software deployment , and ERP integration projects.
• Translate business requirements into executable delivery plans, managing timelines, budgets, and resources for on-time, in-scope delivery.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Operations, and R&D to ensure seamless system integration and digital adoption.
• Provide progress reporting, risk management , and issue resolution for complex projects.
• Oversee POC builds , pilot rollouts, system testing, and ensure continuous improvement.
• Support user training , change management , and adoption strategies.
• Continuously refine project management methodologies , workflows, and operational processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum , or Hybrid methodologies preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience managing system implementation , ERP deployment , or enterprise software projects.
• Proven track record in delivering complex IT and business transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and SDLC.
• Proficiency in project tools (SmartSheets, MS Project, JIRA, etc.).
• Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, budget management, and delivery execution abilities.
