Systems Implementation Lead – IT industry – Centurion, Gauteng (Hybrid)

Hire Resolve’s client in the IT industry is urgently seeking a Systems Implementation Lead in Centurion, Gauteng. This role offers a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities:

1. Define project scope, establish timelines, set milestones, and allocate resources effectively.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into detailed system specifications.
3. Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team throughout the implementation process.
4. Manage system setup and customization to meet business requirements.
5. Design and deliver training programs for user adoption.
6. Oversee transition from old to new systems, minimizing operational disruption.
7. Ensure implementations meet quality standards and project goals.
8. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
9. Analyze and improve workflows for efficiency and scalability.
10. Coordinate with vendors to ensure successful implementation.

Requirements:

• A degree in BEng/BSc Industrial Engineering, BCom Logistics, or related field.
• 3-5 years experience in supply chain, logistics, or systems implementation.
• Exposure to ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SQL experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Effective communication, including technical writing.
• Leadership skills for team coordination and project success.
• Attention to detail and strategic vision.
