We are looking for a Systems Engineer Specialist to provide advanced technical support and expertise across hardware and systems software environments.
The role involves the installation, configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of operating systems, data management tools, office automation platforms, and embedded systems.
You will play a key role in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing system upgrades, and ensuring optimal performance and reliability of critical infrastructure components. This position is vital to maintaining seamless IT operations and supporting business continuity.

- Ensure documentation for relevant systems software and operational documents are prepared and maintained.
- Approve and recommend actions to be taken and identify those which merit action.
- Adhere to organizational processes by ensuring standards are implemented and correctly applied during design reviews.
- Enable decision making and technical reviews.
- Ensure contingency during disaster recovery (DR).
- Provide sustainable solutions per incident by conducting root cause and trend analysis.
- Support knowledge management, continuity, and team success through constructive participation and sharing knowledge.
- Maintain broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and systems across domains.
- Meet the organization’s problem management needs through liaising with vendors.
- Build sound professional relationships and understand client needs.
- Ensure accurate reporting to stakeholders.
- Provide advice to junior staff through peer reviews and technical mentoring.
- Make recommendations and plan for tuning system hardware and software.
- Monitor system efficiency against SLAs.
- Recover costs by ensuring time is captured correctly and against the correct project.
- Ensure end-to-end project delivery.
Your expertise :
10 years' experience in VMWare. Rack and Stack experience at Data center.
Qualifications required :
National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, industry certifications, or a related field.
