Job summary

Dante Personnel in South Africa seeks an experienced IT professional to manage cloud and on-premises infrastructure, including Azure, Windows Server, Office 365, Active Directory, and DNS.

You will handle networking and security tasks, PCI-DSS compliance, API testing (REST/SOAP) with Postman, and contribute to structured change control while supporting service desk operations.

Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in cloud, security and networking are required.
• Azure administration and Windows Server skills are essential.
• Experience with Office 365, Active Directory and DNS is expected.
• PCI-DSS v4.0.1 regulations and change control processes are important.
• SQL (T-SQL) and REST/SOAP API testing with Postman are required.

Job description

Minimum requirements:

• Relevant certifications , including a valid MS Azure Qualification (Solutions Architect preferred), CompTIA A+, CompTIA N+, prior MCSE or MCSA, and an IT Security Qualification (CompTIA Security+ preferred).
• Cloud & Systems: Azure administration, Windows Server ), Office 365, Active Directory, and DNS.
• Networking & Security: Network/firewall administration (FortiGate & WAF experience preferred), network protocols (HTTP/S, SSL/TLS, SFTP/FTPS), and OSI model principles.
• Compliance & Governance: Hands-on experience with PCI-DSS v4.0.1 regulations and structured Change Control processes.
• Databases & Integration: Microsoft SQL management, T-SQL scripting, and REST/SOAP API testing using Postman.
• Service Desk: Support ticket management experience an added advantage).
