Job description

Our client is looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to grow their market share in integrated systems solutions.This role focuses on identifying and converting new business opportunities, engaging with technical stakeholders, and promoting innovative system solutions across local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage with architects, engineers, and developers to present solutions.

  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposals, pricing, and contract negotiation.

  • Attend industry events and maintain CRM and sales pipeline.

  • Collaborate with internal teams on site surveys, installation, and customer support.

  • Read technical drawings and assist in system design and costing.

  • Monitor market trends and support product development and marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical sales, preferably in parking or people-counting systems.

  • Strong technical understanding and ability to interpret system specifications.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • International sales experience is a plus.

  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.

  • Willing to travel approximately 55+ days per year.

Desirable

  • Background in parking, infrastructure, or smart building technologies.

  • Higher qualification in marketing, engineering, or related field.

  • Prior leadership or strategic sales experience.
