Microsoft Administration: Create users, groups, and set up access to various Microsoft tools and software. Troubleshoot any issues with Microsoft and resolve accordingly or log with Microsoft support directly. Utilize Microsoft software and tools to solve applicable organizational challenges. Develop various apps and automations using Microsoft's Power Platform to ensure efficient organizational operations.
Keep the company's various workflow apps up to date and optimized.
Networking: TCP/IP, IPv4 subnets, IPv6, Routing, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, Managed vs Unmanaged switches, etc.
Hardware Experience: Building and troubleshooting servers, Supermicro, Intel, Gigabyte, HP, etc.
Network switches: Cisco, Arista, Mikrotik, etc.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move IT equipment. Working outside of regular business hours for maintenance and upgrades.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
Proven experience as an IT Admin or Sys Admin or in a similar role.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Server+, Linux+, Network+, etc.) are advantageous.
