To lead the stabilisation and modernisation planning for the client’s systems, ensuring scalable, resilient, and maintainable architecture that supports business continuity and future innovation.
Define the stabilisation roadmap and oversee system-wide architecture initiatives
Evaluate current integrations and lead the design of a modern API-driven architecture
Direct the refactoring strategy for monolithic applications and prioritise key decomposable components
Coordinate across cloud, data, and application teams to ensure architectural alignment
Lead risk mitigation planning and develop remediation plans for high-risk integration and system failures
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or Computer Science
Certification in TOGAF or similar frameworks beneficial
Years of Experience:
7+ years in enterprise or solution architecture roles
Demonstrated leadership in system modernisation and stabilisation efforts
Experience with integration architecture, legacy system analysis, and high availability design
Other requirements:
Strategic thinking and systems-level problem-solving
Proficiency in architectural modelling and documentation
Ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex system transformations
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
