Job Description / Responsibilities : The Solution Analyst's main role is to translate business requirements into technical requirements. This includes detailing and analyzing integration points, impacted systems, and solution design-related information. The analyst will test integration services and present findings to relevant governance forums. Additionally, the analyst will collaboratively work within squads during design and delivery phases.

Background and Experience Required :
- Years of experience : 5
- Industry experience : 3-5
Must-have Skills (Mandatory Skills) :
- Salesforce Certification : Admin and App Builder
- Salesforce configuration and administration knowledge
- Ability to contribute technical detail to sustainable technology solutions
- Expertise in technical solutions and interfaces analysis
- Proficiency with integration frameworks and tools such as Mulesoft
- Knowledge of working with APIs and API testing / documentation tools such as Postman and Swagger
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements including data mappings, integration functional and non-functional requirements
- Expertise in systems and integration design

Additional Information : This position is Hybrid. It could start as a 3-month contract but can be renewable or converted to permanent. Strictly for South African Citizens.
