Your role involves interpreting business requirement specifications and translating them into detailed system design specifications to enable the development of innovative, flexible, and efficient solutions to business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and understand financial reconciliation business requirements and translate those into functional requirements.
• Analyze interdependencies of financial reconciliation functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create source-to-target mappings for data files and tables.
• Design financial reconciliation solutions, including conceptual and logical data models.
• Support the technical team in translating data models into physical models.
• Define acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
• Prepare, execute, and report on test scripts and results.
• Support stakeholders during testing, analyze issues, and identify bugs and change requests.
• Advise stakeholders on data governance and management.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams.
• Monitor and coordinate deliverables from requirements to implementation.
• Create and maintain documentation and processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5 to 8 years of experience in a data-intensive environment, with data modeling and source-to-target data mapping skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial reconciliation processes.
• Experience working in project-centric environments, monitoring and coordinating efforts.
• Knowledge of finance governance standards.
• Experience as an analyst, eliciting requirements, and collaborating on solutions.
• Ability to work in an agile environment.
• Effective communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills.
