Job Description

1. Interpret business requirement specifications and translate them into detailed system design specifications to enable the development of innovative, flexible, and efficient solutions to business problems.
2. Deliver excellent customer experience in service delivery, aligned with organizational values and service standards.
3. Ensure system, process, and efficiency improvements, including innovations.
4. Analyze system technical requirements and conduct risk assessments.
5. Define, develop, and document functional interfaces of business systems.
6. Build collaborative relationships across teams and functions to enhance work delivery, collaboration, and innovation.
7. Control expenditure and identify process improvements to reduce costs.
8. Develop and nurture collaborative relationships within your area of specialization.
9. Promote teamwork and inclusivity.
10. Participate in activities for personal development.
11. Ensure continuous improvement of operational processes and track progress reports to guide business decisions.
12. Manage risks within your area of responsibility.
13. Create solutions to meet customer demands, delivering service excellence through adherence to quality standards.

Requirements

• Relevant IT qualification.
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Exposure to Java programming language.
• Experience with SQL and MySQL databases.
• Knowledge of integration patterns, REST API, and web services.
• Experience with UML modeling and diagram creation.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is an advantage.
• Exposure to AI tools is an added advantage.
