Responsibilities
  1. Interpret the business requirement specification and translate into a detailed system design specification to enable the development of innovative, flexible and efficient solutions to business problems.
  2. Deliver customer experience excellence in service delivery aligned to organizational values and service standards.
  3. Ensure system, process, and efficiency improvements (including innovations).
  4. Analyze system technical requirements.
  5. Conduct a system requirement risk assessment.
  6. Define, develop, and document how business systems interface functionally.
  7. Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration, and innovation.
  8. Control expenditure and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs.
  9. Develop, encourage, and nurture collaborative relationships across areas of specialization.
  10. Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own development.
  11. Ensure development and continuous value-add improvement to operational processes.
  12. Manage risks in own area of responsibility.
  13. Create solutions to meet customer demands to deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards.
