As a System Support Administrator, you will be responsiblefor managing, maintaining, and optimizing Sigma’s CRM systems to support business processes, improve customer interactions, and enhance overall efficiency. This includes day-to-day management, manipulation, and checking of data files, working with many different platforms such as client-hosted SFTPs, online SMS/Mailing platforms as well as the CRM platforms which store and process customer data. You will report directly to the CRM Team Manager.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

You will produce, review, and provide data files to our Dialler Team in line with our contact strategy to allow for our customers to be contacted at the correct points in time of our strategy. You will be responsible for loading, closing, and amending records sent to us by clients in our CRM platform to ensure we are only contacting in line with our clients' requirements as well as ensuring we have up-to-date details. You will retrieve and send files via bespoke portals, SFTP’s, and email as requested. You will produce, review, and distribute communications to be sent out to customers by Email, SMS, & Mail in line with our contact strategy. You will create and send files to external providers for Data enhancement & enrichment and then load files to our CRM upon receipt of the returned files. You will consistently liaise & build relationships with internal & external stakeholders as required to ensure the business needs are fulfilled and support in meeting the client’s expectations.

You will be responsible for regularly loading bulk files into our bespoke CRM systems within the agreed SLA so we have the customer data on file and accessible to our agents, as well as being able to produce data files/reporting from the system. You will work as part of a wider team to maintain, update & review the CRM systems as needed. You will create logins for new users as and when necessary, along with overseeing the list of users who have access to our CRM systems to ensure the right people have the relevant access. You will participate in the continuous improvement of our processes, providing insights to enhance system functionality and user experience. You will maintain a high level of organisation and attention to detail, enabling efficient handling of multiple administrative tasks. You will support the development and maintenance of our systems, ensuring they are fit for purpose and are easy to navigate. You willundertake other responsibilities that support wider team objectives as and when needed.

Requirements:

  • You have Matric / Tertiary Qualification
  • You have proven experience working with a CRM or in a technical-based role (desirable, not essential)
  • You have a strong attention to detail, with the mental fortitude to maintain this throughout the day.
  • You have effective English communication skills, both written and oral.
  • You can confidently operate a PC and know how to navigate the Windows OS.
  • You have excellent data manipulation skills using Excel and have a good understanding of how to use the Microsoft Packages.
  • You actively represent Sigma values, promoting transparency, consistency, and fairness in all interactions.
  • You are well organised and punctual with excellent time management skills.
