Responsibilities:

1. Drive business profitability in the context of cost management through Information technology solutions.
2. Increase operational efficiency and suggest solutions to enhance cost effectiveness.
3. Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions by resolving queries fast and effectively.
4. Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SMEs, project managers, and senior staff members by providing input to business requirements.
5. Provide secondary level standby and complex problem resolution by interfacing with vendor support to resolve complex application and system configurations.
6. Work with management to develop database strategies to support company needs in effective database performance.
7. Monitor changes in legislation, regulations, initiatives, and relevant industry practices.
8. Ensure drafting and implementation of appropriate interventions.
9. Ensure compliance with audit requirements.
10. Explore ways to constantly improve quality of existing services, processes, and systems in order to be more efficient.
11. Advise management on effective applications with regards to Maintenance, Support, Man-machine interfaces, and Data management.
12. Manage system enhancements by implementations and changes after testing.
13. Draft system definition documentation to ensure effective implementation.
14. Define host software products and ensure availability of Host Software.
15. Manage own development to increase own competencies.
16. Maintain in-depth system/application knowledge to maximize contribution to the role.

Qualifications:

1. 2 years' experience in ATM environment.
2. Bachelor's Degree (NQF Level 7) in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is usually required.
