Hello System Engineering Technical Specialist,

As part of our team as a System Engineering Technical Specialist, you will manage the design and implementation of appropriate and sustainable solutions and ensure effective collaboration and integration across product houses, business units, and segments.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive business profitability in the context of cost management through Information Technology solutions.
2. Increase operational efficiency and suggest solutions to enhance cost effectiveness.
3. Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.
4. Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SMEs, project managers, and senior staff members.
5. Provide secondary level standby and complex problem resolution by interfacing with vendor support.
6. Work with management to develop database strategies to support company needs in effective database performance.
7. Monitor changes in legislation, regulations, initiatives, and relevant industry practices.
8. Ensure compliance with audit requirements and explore ways to constantly improve quality of existing services, processes, and systems.
9. Advise management on effective applications regarding Maintenance, Support, Man-machine interfaces, and Data management.
10. Manage system enhancements by implementations and changes after testing.
11. Draft system definition documentation to ensure effective implementation.
12. Define host software products and ensure availability of Host Software.
13. Manage own development to increase competencies.
14. Maintain in-depth system/application knowledge to maximize contribution to the role.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 2 years' experience in ATM environment.
2. Bachelor's Degree (NQF Level 7) in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
