Core Description: To provide and analyse regional statistics in order to support and maintain management's operational decisions in the region.

Responsibilities

1. OUTPUT 1: Compiled Statistics
2. SUB-OUTPUTS: Monitor environment; Gather statistical information; Compile statistics; Develop situational analysis; Forward statistics and analysis; Liaise with management
3. RANGE: Delay Cause Codes (DCC); License Agreement Related; Faults Cleared; Orders Completed; Line Growth; Repeated Faults; Fault rate; Regional / National business Targets; MTTI; MTTR; Installations; Outstanding faults; Bucket Management; Productivity (OD 154); NFF / RWT / CWL; Rehab (hotspots)
4. OUTPUT 2: Maintained Statistical Data Base
5. SUB-OUTPUTS: Update database; Improve format of data base; React on requirements from customer; Monitor database to identify suspect data; Rectify suspect data
