Job summary

A leading healthcare technology company is seeking a seasoned SyNCH Helpdesk Consultant to provide exceptional technical support tailored to healthcare providers. You will work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a passionate team. This role requires a minimum NQF level 5 certificate and over 3 years of relevant experience, particularly in call centers and information systems.

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification required: NQF level 5 ICT certificate.
  • More than 3 years of experience in call centers and information system implementation.
  • SyNCH experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support to all SyNCH users.
  • Allocate tickets, classify, prioritize, and escalate queries.
  • Provide regular status updates on logged queries.

Job description

We need a seasoned SyNCH Helpdesk Consultant with exceptional interpersonal skills to join our team.

As a SyNCH Helpdesk Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing technical support tailored to the unique needs of healthcare providers.

You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge healthcare technologies and collaborate with a passionate team to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line support to all SyNCH users.
  • Allocate tickets for all logged queries.
  • Identify, classify, prioritize, and escalate queries to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on the status of all logged queries.
  • Close all resolved tickets.
  • Report trends identified to the District, Provincial, and National Departments of Health and other health officials.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: The minimum requirement is a Certificate in Information Communication Technology (NQF level 5).
  • More than 3 years of experience in call centers and information system implementation.
  • SyNCH experience will be an advantage and is preferred.
