An educational institution is seeking part-time Swimming Coaches to develop swimming skills among students. The role requires coaching various skill levels and preparing students for competitions. Candidates must have a Grade 12 qualification and relevant swimming certifications. Strong communication and event coordination skills are essential. This is an hourly paid position requiring a minimum of 4 hours per week.

The Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls (The Academy) is a world-class educational platform for girls that is aimed at nurturing a new generation of dynamic women leaders. This residential boarding school is situated in Meyerton, Gauteng Province, with just over 300 students enrolled in Grades 8 -12. Grade 12. Students write the Independent Examination Board (I.E.B.) NSC Examination.

Candidates are required to coach swimming as a core sporting code. The coach will be responsible for introducing swimming skills and developing swimmers at varying ability levels. The coach will focus on building confidence, teaching proper technique, promoting water safety, fostering a love for the sport, and preparing students for both internal and external competitions.
This is a part-time, hourly paid position. The successful candidates will be paid per hour based on the number of hours worked. The successful candidates will be required to avail themselves for a minimum of four (4) and a maximum of six (6) hours per week, not exceeding 24 hours per month.
