Sustainability Lead Position in Centurion - FMCG Industry

Salary: R30 000 - R40 000 (negotiable)

Minimum Requirements:

1. Academic & Agricultural Expertise: Degree in agriculture, environmental sciences, sustainability, or a related field
2. Industry Experience: 5+ years in sustainability, responsible sourcing, supply chain ethics, or coffee/agriculture
3. Project Management Skills: Ability to develop, implement, and manage sustainability projects with measurable impact
4. Communication & Relationship Building: Comfortable engaging with farmers, suppliers, corporate leaders, and community stakeholders
5. Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel frequently to remote locations for on-the-ground implementation
6. Innovative & Bold: Ability to drive innovation, challenge the status quo, and create industry-leading sustainability practices
7. Cultural & Business Acumen: Understanding of African supply chain dynamics, economies of scale, and coffee industry nuances
8. Leadership Qualities: Humble, objective, approachable, and insightful in addressing challenges
