Introduction

We have a position available for a Sustainability Graduate with one of the largest independent suppliers of innovative lubrication solutions. The position is based in Johannesburg and offers a market-related salary that will be based on qualification and experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Assist with implementation and monitoring of Social and Environmental Sustainability initiatives, including initiatives to minimise the company's footprint, empowerment initiatives such as socio-economic development, enterprise, and supplier development.
  • Skills development.
  • Maintain records and compile reports.
  • Conduct assurance audits.
  • Respond to queries on sustainability issues.
  • Provide administrative support.
Desired Experience & Qualifications

Qualifications and skills we are looking for:

  • Degree in Social Sciences, Commerce, or Engineering. Working knowledge of sustainability practices.
  • Strong analytical, numeracy, and report writing skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Relevant work experience preferred, up to 2 years.
