Position Overview:

As a Surveillance / Security Manager, you will take a pivotal role in ensuring our live gaming operations' security, integrity, and compliance. Operating from our surveillance facility, you will be responsible for monitoring gambling activities, preventing fraudulent behaviour, and ensuring adherence to all regulatory and health and safety standards. This position is critical in safeguarding our employees, our reputation, and our operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live gaming activities using surveillance technology.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Gather evidence and prepare detailed reports on surveillance findings.
• Health and Safety Management of Business (Safety and Risk audits, incident tracking).
• CCTV and Access Control Systems.

Qualifications:

• 5 Years of Security / Surveillance management experience in a Gambling Environment.
• Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office 365 Software (i.e., Word, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint).
• Eligibility criteria for obtaining a key employee license with the Western Cape Gaming and Racing Board.

Skills and Abilities:

• Proficiency in surveillance techniques and equipment operation.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills for documenting findings and collaborating with colleagues.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain focus during extended surveillance sessions.
• Good understanding of IT Networking (i.e., IP CCTV) and Biometric Time and Attendance Systems.
