Une entreprise leader dans la sécurité recherche un National Command Centre Shift Manager pour superviser la formation et le développement des systèmes de surveillance. Le candidat idéal aura une solide expérience en formation et en gestion, et sera responsable de l'analyse des statistiques et de la conduite de formations in situ. Ce rôle nécessite également de s'assurer que les équipes respectent les procédures et maintiennent la confidentialité.

Qualifications

Job Title: National Command Centre Shift Manager

National Command Centre – Black Screen Monitoring Manager

Responsible For:
  • Training & Development within Gauteng
  • Management investigations
  • Compiling statistics for Deep Alert & Vumacam
  • Working with excessive alerts
Scope and Main Purpose of Job:

Design, develop, and implement training and development programmes within the company, including training academies, development programs, performance initiatives, and other training activities. Responsible for training and development for all monitoring systems, analyzing statistics reports from alerting systems such as Syntell – LPR, Vumacam – LPR / Unusual Behaviour, overseeing alerting sites, and conducting in-person training with Surveillance controllers.

Key Duties:
  • Report for duty at least 10 minutes before shift
  • Conduct toolbox talks with the team before shifts
  • Ensure proper handovers between shifts
  • Handle HR-related issues during shift
  • Ensure staff take approved breaks
  • Prevent tampering with surveillance equipment
  • Conduct on-the-job training to develop skills
  • Maintain confidentiality of work
  • Strategically approach training, development, and skills assessment
  • Monitor and review trainee progress
  • Investigate live CCTV footage for operational purposes
