Overview

LIFE by Be Caring is looking to recruit Support Workers to join our learning disabilities team across Newcastle and North Tyneside. As a Support Worker you will support people to live happy and fulfilled lives within their local communities. Ensuring individual support needs are met through person-centred tailored support that promotes choice independence and their voice.

Pay

12.25 p/hr (non-complex rate) - 12.80 p/hr (complex rate)

Bonus schemes

Training
  • Paid induction training: classroom-based includes shadowing and additional online modules.
  • Additional Specialist Training: provided to all new recruits - equipping you to meet the needs of the people we support and enabling you to provide person-centred approach.
  • Training development: funded Level 3 and other accredited courses.
