Overview:
The Support Recruiter will lead talent acquisition for back-office functions and mid-to-senior level specialist roles across HR, Finance, IT, Training, L&D, and QA. This role combines proactive headhunting with internal pipeline development, ensuring top talent is hired the first time, every time. From time to time, this role may also support bulk recruitment efforts depending on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment for non-agent, specialist, and leadership roles across departments
  • Partner closely with department heads to define role needs and success profiles
  • Execute sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, and networks
  • Coordinate and conduct behavioural interviews and shortlisting
  • Drive best-in-class candidate experience and structured feedback loops
  • Support process improvement and recruitment marketing for niche roles
  • Assist with bulk recruitment campaigns as needed to support operational demand

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ recruitment experience in specialist/support hiring
  • Comfortable recruiting across multiple functions and seniority levels
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and job brief consultation
  • Experience in both in-house and agency settings is advantageous
