Key Responsibilities

1. Investigate and resolve software bugs.
2. Analyze error logs and database records to diagnose issues.
3. Apply patches and small code changes to fix defects.
4. Assist clients with software functionality and troubleshooting.
5. Document common issues and solutions for future reference.
6. Implement and test bug fixes and minor enhancements.
7. Ensure updates are deployed without disruptions.
8. Work alongside developers, QA teams, and business analysts to improve system stability.
9. Educate users on system best practices and provide feedback to enhance efficiency.
10. Suggest workflow optimizations to reduce recurring support issues.

Requirements & Skills

1. Strong SQL skills and knowledge of relational databases.

Experience

1. IT or Computer Science degree (or equivalent qualification).
2. 3-5 years of experience as a full-stack developer (Delphi, C#, SQL, etc.).
3. Exposure to the full software development lifecycle.
