Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve software bugs.
• Analyze error logs and database records to diagnose issues.
• Apply patches and small code changes to fix defects.
• Assist clients with software functionality and troubleshooting.
• Document common issues and solutions for future reference.
• Implement and test bug fixes and minor enhancements.
• Ensure updates are deployed without disruptions.
• Work alongside developers, QA teams, and business analysts to improve system stability.
• Educate users on system best practices and provide feedback to enhance efficiency.
