A leading agency is seeking a dynamic Support/Account Manager to oversee client accounts and ensure exceptional customer service. In this remote role, you will act as the primary contact for clients, facilitating a seamless onboarding experience while maintaining strong relationships. Ideal candidates have a background in account management or estate agency, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client satisfaction.
Location: Remote (Johannesburg or Cape Town)
Salary: R30,000 per month
Working Hours: UK Hours (8AM - 4PM or 9AM -5PM)
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Support/Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts from the point of sale, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and ongoing client satisfaction. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will play a key role in building long-term client relationships and ensuring 100% customer retention.
This is a remote position open to candidates based in Johannesburg or Cape Town, working UK hours.
