Job description

Overall Responsibility:

Generates a realistic packaging and brewing plan taking into account all relevant constraints and variability to ensure sufficient stock for the system to meet customer requirements, leads the weekly S&OP engagements and the Monthly Supply Review to support stock availability alongside two production schedulers who reports directly into the role

Focus Area 1

Compile realistic weekly Packaging and Brewing Plans to support our customers

  • 18 months Pack and Brew plan compilation on weekly aggregation
  • Inclusive of Capacity constraints (efficiencies, shutdown plans)
  • Aligned with production stakeholders

Focus Area 2

Manage Tactical and Operational routines

  • Leads the 18-month Supply Review ensuring visibility on any gaps within the plan to meet the business objective
  • Runs the weekly S&OP routine to support the Monthly S&OP objective and creating cross-functional visibility
  • Attends New product development meetings to support inculcating these in the Supply Plans
  • Engages with the Brewery teams to lock in weekly plans

Focus Area 3

Manage relevant KPIs

  • Reports and compiles actions on Tactical KPIs to improve supply chain variability
  • Manages operational KPIs with the production schedulers to enable weekly success on business requirements

Requirements of the Role Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or other relevant qualification

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong collaborator and communicator
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to stick to deadlines
  • Strong Problem-Solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop project management skills
