Job description

Introduction

The main purpose of the Time and Attendance Analyst will be to determine the optimal deployment of people resources across Manufacturing Plants and Distribution Centres by job, shift, day, week, and month. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a resource model for each site that forecasts the optimal human resource requirements in line with planned production and distribution activities for the coming period. This individual will use data to identify trends and measure the effective usage of human resources within each business unit against best practices.

The goal is to help the organization predict activity and match resource requirements more accurately to support effective workforce utilization and minimize costs.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Effectively model and forecast human resource requirements aligned with planned production and distribution activities, collaborating with Distribution Centres and Production Plants to ensure optimal deployment and execution.
  • Manage Key Performance Indicators across all sites related to resource management and deployment best practices.
  • Oversee from the center to ensure business units manage staff effectively by controlling overtime, allowances, and third-party resources.
  • Manage the time and attendance system for accurate reporting and payroll submissions.
