Job summary

BoF Careers is looking for a Supply Chain Systems Administrator to enhance data management and system integration processes. This role involves supporting SAP systems and ensuring data integrity across various Supply Chain processes. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree/diploma and SAP experience, with a strong focus on data analysis and business communication.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years SAP experience in SD & MM modules; knowledge of SAP PM advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• 2-3 years Supply Chain experience.

Job Description

To support the correct utilisation of the Supply Chain modules (SAP MDM, SAP SD, SAP MM, and ARIBA) and related interfaces to achieve business objectives and safeguard the integrity of information passing between master data, contracts, production, and client systems through proactive, preventative, and corrective actions.

Key Result Areas

Systems Administration (Advisory and Monitoring Authority)

• Supports the development of processes and system alignment, maintaining data integrity standards and procedures to enable Supply Chain processes.
• Extracts management reports from various platforms to facilitate analysis and decision-making for Supply Chain initiatives.
• Monitors and reconciles Supply Chain interfaces to ensure seamless system integration, including:
• Master Data: Govern a centralized database ensuring standardization and visibility across the organisation.
• Contracts: Promote automation and visibility of purchasing information.
• Purchasing: Enable SCCs to act as buying agents or principles, maintaining relevant information across SAP instances.
• Support SAP and other call management systems, providing first and second-line support for internal and external customers, ensuring alignment of systems, people, and processes.

Supply Chain specific configuration (Advisory and Monitoring Authority)

• Develops reports for reviewing master data and purchasing volumes to ensure continuous monitoring.

Project Management (Advisory Authority)

• Participates in Project Moore sessions, considering project scope, specifications, and compliance requirements.
• Supports vendor master data activities for migration, including data integrity, process mapping, access controls, training, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications
