Minimum Requirements:

Minimum Experience:

• Clear understanding of WMS
• Experience in a Logistics and Distribution environment
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• 6 months or more experience
• Must be familiar with WMS

Minimum Qualification:

• Grade 12

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitor attendance of staff;
• Ensure all workers wear the correct PPE;
• Administer leave for employees in the shift;
• Responsible for forward planning;
• Ensure training, performance management, and succession planning of TES Supervisors are in place;
• Compile daily complement report and send to ADFusion Shift Manager;
• Ensure all toolbox tasks are completed before the shift starts;
• Ensure smooth shift operation and timely resolution of queries in liaison with ADfusion Shift Manager;
• Check process compliance;
• Ensure adherence to Health and Safety regulations;
• Maintain housekeeping at the end of each shift;
• Perform accurate cycle counts each shift;
• Complete shift registers daily;
• Maintain accurate staff administration;
• Ensure correct employee pay rates;
• Monitor clock-in reports;
• Manage overtime and scheduling;
• Manage incentives;
• Provide daily feedback to the client;
• Attend daily planning meetings with the client;
• Provide feedback on training, staff complement, KPAs met and missed;
