Job description

You are responsible for the Long-term and Short-term planning for Alstroemeria, Pot Alstroemeria and Aster.

You communicate between Demand planning and stock initiation in The Netherlands.

And ensure that the mother stock level is in line with the demand. Traceability and risk planning is key in success in this role.

Regarding the short-term planning you will be reporting on stock availability to guide demand planning and reporting on any shortages and surplus during production season.

• You are proactive, accurate and customer and result-oriented
• You have good communication skills, both verbal and written
• You are agile and understand the challenges and limitations of planning supply for biological systems
• You are analytical and work in a structured manner

We are looking for candidates who

• Have experience in supply chain planning with strong analytical / computational work and thinking level. Experience in the Agricultural sector, in a biological system and a degree / diploma in Biological Sciences will be an advantage
• Have good communication skills, both verbal and written in English
• Have experience with automated data processing
