Responsibilities

In this role, you will make sure materials are available to meet production needs by planning stock, managing suppliers, and processing invoices. As a supply chain specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining material availability while considering supplier lead times and inventory levels. Experience with supply chain planning, inventory and supplier management, Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes, forecasting and statistical analysis will be essential to your success.

Qualifications

To be considered, candidates must hold a Degree/NQF Level 7 in Supply Chain Management (or equivalent qualification). This role also requires 4–5 years’ experience in a Supply Chain Planning position and computer literacy (SAP and advanced Excel preferred). Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, bilingualism, detail‑orientation, and the ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines are essential.
