About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and analytical Supply Chain Planner to contribute to their operations based in Stellenbosch . This role is central to ensuring the efficient flow of goods from suppliers to customers, balancing inventory levels, and optimizing the entire supply chain network. You will be responsible for demand forecasting, inventory planning, and coordinating with various departments to meet production and customer service targets. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively within the office and leverage remote flexibility, driving supply chain excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales input.
• Create and maintain optimized inventory plans to ensure product availability while minimizing carrying costs.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, and sales teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
• Monitor supply chain performance, identify potential disruptions, and implement mitigation strategies.
