Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 4+ years in supply chain planning, inventory or logistics coordination.
• Proven forecasting skills and software experience.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and optimization.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and supply chain planning tools.

This hybrid role is pivotal in optimizing the flow of goods from production to the end consumer, ensuring efficiency, minimizing costs, and meeting demand. You will be responsible for demand forecasting, inventory management, and coordinating logistics activities. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, operating within a framework that balances on-site collaboration with remote flexibility. This is a key role for influencing the operational success of a major consumer goods brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales input.
• Plan and manage inventory levels across multiple distribution points to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize carrying costs.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Optimize transportation routes and methods to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and other supply chain partners.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or logistics coordination.
• Proven experience in demand forecasting techniques and software.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and optimization strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and supply chain planning software.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in a hybrid environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
