MAIN OUTCOMES
- As our Supply Chain Manager, you’ll be the quiet force behind Topia’s global success—making sure our world-class water solutions reach the right people, at the right time, in the right way.
- Drive Topia Waters global expansion to North America and the Middle East - Drive reliability and trust in new international markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Architecting and executing smart, scalable supply chain strategies to fuel international growth
- Building and managing high-trust relationships with our network of global suppliers
- Championing efficiency—procurement, stock control, logistics—you name it
- Rolling up your sleeves to lead and grow a team of passionate doers
- Using data like a compass to make bold, strategic decisions
- Ensure that the percentage of international customer orders (specifically in North America and the Middle East) delivered on time and in full, according to agreed delivery windows and order specifications.
- Align with expansion goals by ensuring operational excellence in export logistics.
- Highlight supply chain efficiency across borders (including sourcing, production, warehousing, and distribution).
- Achieve and maintain an acceptable “on-time, in-full” delivery rate for international orders, for all shipments to North America and the Middle East within 6 months of market entry
- Identify bottlenecks or risks in new-region fulfilment strategies.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a senior supply chain or procurement role
- A sharp mind with a passion for planning, analysing, and improving
- Natural leadership flair—you motivate, mentor, and move mountains
- Savvy negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Grace under pressure and a get-it-done attitude
