Minimum Requirements:- Undergraduate / Postgraduate qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain or Finance
- Minimum of 5 yearsâ experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, electronics, or similar environment, working with utilities is advantageous
- Proven success in production planning, managing inventory, working capital, warehousing, transportation, and people
- Understand international trade, incoterms, and risk mitigation
- Excel (advanced), SAP, and analytical capabilities
- Valid driverâs license
Responsibilities:- Oversee the supply chain / logistics activities of the company, specifically reducing the total cost of ownership
- Manage Supply, Supplier quality, Obsolescence, and Price risk in accordance with the risk appetite set by the business
- Manage Supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, and maintaining cost-effective logistics practices
- Provide insights and driving initiatives to optimize logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure alignment with the companyâs operational and business objectives
- Develop and implement strategies for logistics improvement, cost reduction, and risk management
- Oversee demand planning, inventory optimization, and the Master Production Schedule (MPS)
- Optimize transportation strategies, reduce costs, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage warehouse operations, ensuring stock accuracy, process efficiency, and safety compliance
- Develop and mentor the logistics team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
