Job summary

Sappi offers a one-year internship opportunity for recent qualified graduates in commerce or supply chain. This program provides hands-on, meaningful experience in Supply Chain under the guidance of skilled mentors, helping candidates transition smoothly into the professional world.

During the internship, you will support sales, production and planning teams, learn forecasting and inventory planning, and gain exposure to order processing and scheduling within established SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, procurement, finance, or business administration.
• No prior experience required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales, production and supply chain departments.
• Assist customers with queries related to their orders.
• Assist the supply chain team with forecasting, inventory planning and scheduling.
• Process orders using Sappi's standard operating procedures and review orders placed by peers to reduce booking errors.
• Assist the Planning department with allocation, block space and urgent manufacturing requirements.
