ð Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and control outbound orders to clients, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Manage order administration and documentation to align with client expectations and company standards.
• Monitor and report on key service metrics including SIC (Stock Inventory Control), OTIF (On-Time In-Full), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), CSC (Customer Service Centre) , and SAP workflows.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
• Work closely with internal teams (production, warehouse, logistics) to resolve challenges and improve efficiency.
• Provide accurate reporting and continuous feedback to improve processes and client satisfaction.

ð¯ Requirements

â South African citizen.

â Bachelors Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (essential).

â Minimum of 3 years experience in logistics and supply chain within a manufacturing environment, with strong exposure to outbound planning, administration, and client service.

â Proven experience working on SIC, OTIF, CRM, CSC, and SAP systems.

â Strong interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

â Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site in a fast-paced environment.
