Job summary

Pronto Labour Team is seeking a Supply Chain & Customer Operations Lead in Gauteng with 5+ years in FMCG/Manufacturing or Retail/Distribution sectors. The role focuses on managing end-to-end order fulfilment, coordinating courier networks and leveraging ERP/order management systems to optimise customer orders across channels.

Experience in e-commerce, online orders or direct-to-customer operations is highly advantageous, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and process

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in FMCG/Manufacturing/Paper & Pulp/Tissue OR Retail/Distribution Industry experience.
• Degree/Diploma in SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT / LOGISTICS/OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT OR Related Field
• Microsoft Excel

• Experience in Managing end-to-end Order Fulfilment Processes
• Experience in working with Courier Networks, Third-Party Logistics Providers & Distribution Partners
• Experience in E-Commerce, Online Orders OR Direct-to-Customer Operations - Highly Advantageous
