You will report to the Order Fulfilment Returns Manager

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Referring operational issues and/or problems in a timeous and effective manner to the relevant stakeholders for resolution
  • Being point of contact for Customer Service and TDT delivery hubs, ensuring efficient and accurate query resolution
  • Report generation, so that hubs, the hubs' franchisees, and Franchise managers are aware of their current performance
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned
  • Ensure that managed hubs meet daily performance expectations and SLAtargets
  • Referring operational issues and/or problems in a timeous and effective manner to the relevant stakeholders for resolution
  • Being point of contact for Customer Service, TDT delivery hubs, 3PL's and DC facilities, ensuring query resolution
  • Report generation, so that hubs, the hubs' franchisees and couriers are awareof their current performance
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned
  • Ensure the timeous return of return stock to the relevant returns DC
  • Manage return claim functions
  • Return query investigation

Competencies/Skills

  • Ability to read and write in English and interpret written instructions
  • Confidence in sharing information and providing feedback
  • Solid communication
  • Good working knowledge of internet browsers, MS Excel (advanced) and MS Outlook
  • Basic math skills and sound mathematical reasoning
  • Must have an organised approach to task completion and great attention to detail
  • Ability to solve problems by analysing variables and applying appropriate solutions learned through experience and proficiency in understanding the job
  • Able to communicate with all levels of management
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively complete work records with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret data and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work weekends and overtime as required

Qualifications:

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Degree / Diploma in Supply-Chain/ Logistics preferred
  • The candidate needs a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience(warehouse management, customer service, returns)
