Location: South Africa (with an eye on Africa: Uganda, Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Mozambique, Namibia, Zambia, Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi, Eswatini & the Islands!)

We’re seeking a LEW Analytics Lead – a powerhouse who thrives at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and business engagement.

You’ll be the crucial bridge connecting business needs with data-driven solutions, igniting collaboration, governance, and high-value outcomes. Plus, you’ll help spread the gospel of Data Literacy and Asset Utilization across the region like a true data evangelist.

What You'll Be Rockin’:

Business Engagement & Demand Management:

1. Translate analytics needs into clear, actionable strategies
2. Manage demand pipelines across multiple African markets

Project & Enhancement Management:

1. Drive and deliver analytics initiatives that actually move the needle

Financial Oversight:

1. Keep an eagle eye on Capex and Opex

Data Stewardship & Quality Management:

1. Champion data quality across the organization

Governance & Compliance:

1. Align analytics efforts with data policies, security standards & best practices

Stakeholder Collaboration:

1. Educate and empower the business on the magic of data

What You Bring to the Data Party:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, IT, or something just as sharp
2. Deep understanding of analytics, data management & governance principles
3. Proven chops in managing Capex and Opex – you're financially fearless
4. Mastery of BI tools (like Power BI) and a keen grasp of data access & workspace management
5. Experience navigating diverse cultural landscapes across Africa is a major plus
