You will work from home with a remote-first setup, reporting to the Supply Chain team and collaborating with procurement, logistics, and manufacturing colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Logistics, Industrial Eng, Business Analytics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of supply chain analysis, logistics or operations in FMCG.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation ability.
• Experience with ERP (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and cost reduction opportunities.
• Develop and maintain supply chain models and forecasts for planning.
• Monitor KPIs like inventory, lead times, and transportation costs.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in supply chain software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, demand planning, and transportation logistics.
