Main Purpose

Maskew Miller Learning is seeking to appoint a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Supply Chain and/or Data Analytics, with proven ability to leverage data insights in operational settings. This role reports to the Head of Product Operations.

The primary goal of this role is to support service excellence, cost efficiency, continuous improvement, and service innovation within the Supply Chain through ongoing analysis of costs, processes, and the performance of third-party service providers.

The role aims to develop a comprehensive understanding of the customer experience and to enhance efficiency and accuracy in service delivery to customers.
