Minimum Requirements

• Supply Chain or related qualification
• Experience in demand and supply planning
• Solid understanding of inventory control and stock management procedures
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with supply chain automation and related business tools
• Previous exposure to the FMCG industry (advantageous)
• Commercially minded with sound business judgement
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data

Role purpose

• Develop accurate demand forecasts to ensure consistent product availability and meet sales targets.
• Proactively manage inventory levels to balance cost-efficiency with customer satisfaction.
• Implement replenishment strategies to avoid overstocking and minimize stock risks.
